Website analytics

Optional analytics help us understand which pages are useful and where the website needs attention. They stay off until you choose to allow them. We respect your browser’s Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals.

When allowed, our gHawk service records page paths, broad device categories, referral sources, approved campaign labels, clicks, scroll depth, time on active pages, and page performance. It uses a random session identifier, renewed after 30 minutes of inactivity. We do not send form contents, email addresses, complete referring URLs, or error messages to analytics.

The service runs on AIscend’s server. Raw analytics events are retained for up to 30 days; daily aggregate reports for up to 395 days. Reports cover only observed visits with analytics enabled, so they are not a count of everyone who visits.

Our contact form sends the details you enter to Formspark so we can receive and respond to your enquiry. Please leave out confidential information and client data. See Formspark’s privacy policy for information about its service. You can also email us directly.

Technical records

The web server keeps access and error logs to operate the site and investigate problems. These can include IP addresses and request information. Analytics reporting uses normalized server statistics rather than these raw logs. Access to the private analytics dashboard requires an approved account and multi-factor authentication.

Your choices

Your analytics preference is stored in this browser for six months. You can change it at any time using “Analytics settings” in the footer. Turning analytics off stops further collection and removes the session identifier from this browser. It does not identify or erase previously aggregated reports.

The client portal is a demonstration: sample messages, files, and decisions stay in the current tab and reset on reload.
